If you manage single-family rentals, small multifamily, or condos across the Metroplex, a leak needs a fast, documented response. We can refer you to an independent restoration contractor serving that city.
What helps the contractor
- Property address, access instructions, and tenant contact
- Owner contact and authorization to proceed
- Photos of the source and affected rooms
- Insurance carrier and claim number, if a claim is open
Good practice
- Document each property's main shut-off location with a photo.
- Before freeze season, send tenants written freeze-prep steps.
- Confirm in your management agreement who can authorize emergency mitigation.
- Texas Property Code chapter 92 covers landlord repair duties; talk with a Texas attorney for specifics.
How our referral works
We are a referral service, not a contractor. When you send a request, we connect you with an independent restoration contractor who serves your city. You contract with and pay that contractor directly, and you are always welcome to choose someone else.
